I would not repeat the experience Positive: The apartment is clean Negative: Air conditioning fail. Just for context I am from Spain, usually we have 43 degrees celsius in summer. I am used to hot weather. When we arrived at the apartment the temperature inside was 35 degrees (a little bit over 90 farenheit). I know that because there is a thermometer in the apartment. Nobody cared about turning the ac on for us, the apartment was letterally unlivable. On the top of that the air conditioning units are old (like from the 80s). It took 1.5h to cool the place down. The entrance of the apartment building is old, there is carpet in the corridor leading to the apartment door. The carpet/corridor smells really bad. One of the closets in the apartment is broken, the door just fell off and nobody fixed it.

We had a lovely time at the property, it was close to our family and short drive to the sea. Positive: The property was very clean and comfortable.

Positive: Very nice apartment, clean and comfortable. Kitchen well supplied with nice dishes.

Positive: Great value. The pictures of the store front and green door made it simple to find.Hostess was available online quickly for questions. Apt was nicely decorated with beach theme and theme and very clean. Beds were really comfortable with nice soft sheets.There is plenty of lighting and windows. Addl fans and heaters in closet if needed. Downstairs Mexican restaurant was recommended and good food but pricey. The room was nice and quiet, and we never were bothered with downstairs noise through our two night stay. Streaming tv worked great.We also loved having lunch on the small private deck. We definitely would stay here again. Negative: Needed to be careful when climbing the stairway and you enter the green doorway and hall.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. Fans in each room were nice. Positive: I thought the common entry door was coded door. Maybe tell guests to walk into main door down hallway to door 4 Negative: The hallway smell is horrible. Needs to improve. Luckily the smell did not permeate into the room.
