Not worth it
Positive: There was not much to like overall.
Negative: The apartment was not as described. It was overall run down and poorly maintained. Outdoor furniture was broken. Small holes in doors. Hallway outside of apartment smelled of mildew. Bathroom had mildew and mold. It was also not mentioned that it is above a restaurant. Also the description said there was a water view but there is none. No screen in patio door. Only one room air-conditioned.

We enjoyed have a nice quite space to relax and unwind at the end of the day.
Positive: The location was perfect for our needs. We had a function in Marblehead and it was within minutes to everything we needed.
Negative: Parking was tight during certain times of the day but there was always a space on the road.
