We booked for 8 days, imagine our horror when we walked into a filthy environment. The kitchen drawers were so bad with years of grime. The pots and pans were so scratched they were rusted, no tethlon surface left on. Under the sink had old slimmy rags, sponges and just garbage. The coffee pot had left moldy coffee grounds. The washable spin mop was black and sitting next to refrig, along with a disgusting rag tucked halfway behind refrig. The air conditioners were falling out of windows and sealed off with foil which was taped, but tape was loose and I could stick my hand out the window. The internal filters were black, moldy looking. The floors were overlay with black fabric like fir. It was not cut to fit and was cluttered with fuzz and debris. The beds were gross. No matress pads and plain dirty. The bed cover stunk, could not bring myself to look under bed. One bedroom had matresses sitting on the floor. The closets had waded, not folded old linens just heaped on the floor. The bathroom had a portable fan screwed into the light fixture which was covered with stuck debris. The cabinet had trash under it, old soap bars, shampoo bottles and old waded curtain liner. The place listed a garden area for a dog and relaxing, that was a lie. No area for a dog or anywhere to sit. The neighborhood was not conducive for walking. Very uncomfortable. The parking area was so small a full size car was difficult to fit. Lost about 450.00 on my refund after all

This is a roomy and clean apartment in a working-class neighborhood that feels safe and features very friendly, helpful neighbors. While it isn't a 5-star luxury hotel, it’s a highly comfortable, functional space that is conveniently located near amenities like grocery stores, parks, and attractions. The host was fantastic. Communication was fast and clear, and they were very proactive about solving minor issues like dropping off extra kitchen garbage bags the next day.The Highlights:Comfort: Clean, soft cotton bedding, window A/C units in every room, and plenty of towels (at least two large bath towels plus hand towels per bedroom).Kitchen: Fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dinnerware, and cooking utensils.A few things to know before you book:Remote work: There are small desks in a couple of the bedrooms, but they aren't the most convenient if you need to focus on work for hours on end.Laundry: There is no washer or dryer in the suite.Trash & Recycling protocol: You are required to take out all trash and recycling before checkout to avoid a fee. The correct bins are located behind the building and are strictly labeled "2". (I accidentally used a neighbor's green bin at first, but the neighbors were incredibly nice about pointing me to the right ones!) Note that trash pickup day is Friday, so depending on the length of your stay, you may need to take the bins out twice—once before trash day, and once before you leave.

The apartment didn't look anything like the pictures. It was dingy and had a smell to it that we couldn't tolerate and that lingered in our nostrils for hours after we left. The kitchen area was unusable -- what passed for a table was at the same level as the chair seats, which made it impossible to use. Finally, we had to move a big trash bag full of trash out of the way before even being able to get in the door. We left within minutes after arriving and went to a hotel.

We really appreciated the stay to get together with family. There was plenty of space to play with the toddler and set up the pack-n-play for the infant. And then plenty of room to play board games after the babies were put to bed.

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient, well-cared-for place Positive: I had a wonderful stay! Although the house is older, the price was fair, it was exceptionally clean, and you can clearly see the effort put into recent renovations—the updates really make a difference. All the essentials were provided by the owner, including fresh, clean towels, efficient air conditioning units, dishes, and everything needed for a comfortable visit. The attention to detail and care for guests was evident throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient, well-cared-for place to stay in Chicopee. It’s a great choice for travelers who appreciate cleanliness, thoughtful amenities, and genuine hospitality! Negative: N/A
