Clean but very hot in temp.
Positive: Cheap stay for a night while attending a concert in the area. Apartment was clean though.
Negative: Only had a small window air conditioner downstairs.. bedrooms upstairs were so hot not comfortable enough to sleep unless you’re okay sweating to death. No soap in bathroom downstairs, no actual trash bags just mini trash cans with store bags in them.
