1BR Somerville | Steps to Bus | Quiet & Central

Worst stay ever in a furnished apt Positive: It was spacious Negative: Full nest of rats in backyard, insects inside the property. Old uncomfortable furniture, nousebupstair, full i trash in the back. Worst experience ever, half of electrical plugs did not worked. No laundry

Very good communication, this clean property was exactly as advertised. Parking spot was helpful.

Comfortable place to stay and launch your Boston Somerville stay. Positive: The property is in a great location. Easy access to Somerville and public transportation. Groceries close by and shopping as well. Many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Lyft works great. TV is nice and WiFi fully capable. You don’t notice outside noise at all. I’d choose again! Great deli and pizza just up the street. Dunkin’ close too! Negative: The property and facility were just fine. There is a queen bed and a small futon. Not really a pull out sofa or sofa bed. But both were firm and comfortable. The property is definitely a good value for Boston and a great location.

Positive: Very simple but very clean and relaxing Negative: I liked everything

Comfortable, clean and spacious. Positive: Great location, very clean, spacious and comfortable. Lovely apartment. Negative: There was very little not to like. Minor tweaks to the facility is all it needs. We will happily stay here again.
